The Shaman is a character in Captain Planet, who lives in the Amazon forest and is friendly towards Ma-Ti.
Throughout Captain Planet series[]
He is seen for the first time in episode Skumm Lord, helping Ma-Ti to find a very rare Amazonian plant that may cure Rat Rot.
Later in episode Radiant Amazon, his village is threatened by Sly Sludge and Duke Nukem and their toxic dump.
