Plot Synopsis[]
Looten Plunder returns to Africa, and them dams up a local and regional river. The planeteers come to the scene to notice Plunder giving away electronic appliances and entertainment to local villages as electricity is given to the village with a cost. Looten plunder makes bank as he gives electricity to the villages and makes more when he trades his electronics at his trading post," Plunder's ". All the villagers but their chief, Morla, don't seem to notice that the damming of the river has caused a great disaster: affecting the crops and animals. Still, when the Planeteers investigate, Plunder has other ideas...
