Plot Synopsis[]

Captain Planet and the Planeteers stop Hoggish Greedly from destroying a town's wetlands, but are shocked to find out that the act is legal, and that THEY'RE the ones in breach of the law. Captain Planet is detained in jail while the Planeteers try to uncover Greedly's hidden plot. This is not made any easier since they don't have their powers, and even more difficult when they get labelled as escaped prisoners and hunted by the law.
